ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES OR CHARGES?

There are no other charges or fees - our rates include absolutely all costs to the listed services. For services that require additional industry-specific software or hardware purchases, the additional amounts will be communicated and agreed upon beforehand.

CAN YOU GIVE ME A DISCOUNT IF I USE IT A LOT?

Yes. We do offer discounts for long-term commitments, for Armenian startups and women owned businesses.

WHAT DO I GET FOR MY HOURLY RATE?

You get unlimited access to a dedicated assistant plus our entire team

DO I PAY BY THE HOUR?

You pay by the half-hour and only when we're working on a task for you.

IS THE HOURLY RATE THE SAME FOR ALL TYPES OF TASK?

Yes! It's that simple.

DO MY HOURS ROLL OVER EACH MONTH?

On our 10 hours plan and above your hours roll over for up to 60 days

WHAT IF I WANT A DIFFERENT ASSISTANT?

No problem. Just contact our Client Support team and we will pair you with a Virtual Assistant that is a better fit.

CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?

Of course. Contact our Client Support team prior to your next billing cycle and we'll take care of your request. If you have already been billed, your cancellation request will not take effect until the following month. Unfortunately, we do not offer prorated refunds or cancellations for unused time.

WHAT IF I NEED MORE HOURS?

If you go over your limit you can purchase additional hours or upgrade your plan at any time. Just ask your Virtual Assistant for assistance.

IS THERE A SETUP FEE?

No. Your monthly fee is the only charge.

HOW ARE MY HOURS TRACKED?

We will keep a running total of your hours and send you weekly reports. Or feel free to ask us for a report at any time. If you are running out of time we will notify you well ahead of that.

DO I GET A DEDICATED ASSISTANT?

Yes! You will have a college-educated assistant that is available to you Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm in your specific time zone.

WHAT IS DEDICATED ASSISTANCE?

Each of our plans include a dedicated Virtual Assistant. You will work with your Virtual Assistant on a one-to-one basis, continually submitting tasks directly to this person. Your Virtual Assistant will grow to know you, your work, and your preferences—all while learning to anticipate your needs without you having to repeat yourself.


As a collaborative consumption business, our Virtual Assistants are a shared resource among clients. They schedule their days to best serve you and your incoming tasks with priority and without delay. As such, we do not offer immediate turnaround, though we expect most tasking to be completed in 24-48 hours. We encourage you to place priority levels and deadlines on your projects.

WHERE WILL MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT BE LOCATED?

All of our Virtual Assistants are located in Armenia and you'll work with an assistant in the timezone of your preference. We currently have clients in different countries and can happily support your needs—wherever you are.

DO MY HOURS ROLL OVER?

As a monthly membership service, our clients subscribe to us for the ability to retain a Virtual Assistant. While each plan offers a different level of service, as a membership subscription our plan hours do not rollover, and your membership fees are not tied to time specifically.

WHAT IS THE BRANDED EMAIL FEATURE?

Branded Email is a little addition that makes a huge difference. This feature allows your dedicated Virtual Assistant to send and receive emails from your domain instead of their @linaster.com address. This adds a level of professionalism and gives the appearance that your assistant is in-house when desired. Your tech team or webmaster should be able to assist you in generating a new email for your Virtual Assistant. Depending on your domain carrier a small fee may be required to create a new email address. Linaster is not responsible for fees incurred with branded email setup.

WILL MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT BE WORKING ON THE WEEKEND AND/OR ON HOLIDAYS?

Our Virtual Assistants work standard business hours (Monday to Friday) and take Armenian state holidays. You can submit your tasks anytime, day or night, weekday or weekend and your personal assistant will receive the task(s) the following business day to begin working on them. If you have urgent work to complete during the weekend or holiday, we may be able to accommodate it as a rush job, but please check first.

CAN MY VA HANDLE SCHEDULING?

Absolutely. Our VAs exclusively use and manage Google Calendars. Your Virtual Assistant can coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage your Google Calendar with ease. Simply share and grant them access to manage your calendar.

CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT MAKE PURCHASES ON MY BEHALF?

Yes! Your Virtual Assistant can place orders, make purchases, and schedule payments safely and securely. You can read more about our security measures and policies here. To share credit card information, passwords, and other sensitive data, simply have your Virtual Assistant collect your information over the phone. This way, we can ensure your information remains safe. At Linaster, we are committed to the security of your account!

CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT MAKE OUTBOUND PHONE CALLS FOR ME?

They sure can but with some limitations. Your Virtual Assistant is happy to contact vendors, make reservations, and place phone calls for you but they cannot make sales or prospecting calls to solicit customers.

HOW ABOUT IN-BOUND PHONE CALLS?

Yes and no. Every Virtual Assistant will be accessible to you by phone. However, this line is available for your convenience alone. Your Virtual Assistant cannot accept calls from contacts, vendors, or service providers on your behalf.

CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT KEEP MY INBOX ORGANIZED?

They can! Your Virtual Assistant can read, send, delete, organize, filter, and create rules for messages on your behalf. It’s a great way to stay on top of email and keep your inbox tidy.

CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT EDIT AND FORMAT A PRESENTATION FOR ME?

They sure can. Your Virtual Assistant can use Google Presentations to format and edit personal or business presentations with your provided content, images and detailed instructions.

CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WORK WITH MY PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS OR OTHER SPECIALIZED SOFTWARE?

All of our Virtual Assistants go through a rigorous certification process so that they can best serve you from day one. While we do not offer specific training for specialized software, our Virtual Assistants are more than happy to assist if you are able to provide instruction. Please note that we are unable to provide support for any software requiring local desktop download.

CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT HELP WITH MY ACCOUNTING NEEDS?

Your Virtual Assistant will happily find you an excellent bookkeeper or CPA. However, due to certain legalities and a specific knowledge of the domain, Virtual Assistants are unable to provide assistance with Quickbooks or other accounting tools.

CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT DO DESIGN WORK FOR ME?

Your Virtual Assistant can certainly research and vet qualified freelancers or graphic design agencies. However, as talented as your Virtual Assistant is, they cannot personally provide assistance with design projects.

HOW ABOUT VIDEO OR AUDIO EDITING?

Much like design work, audio and video editing requires domain expertise which your Virtual Assistant will not be able to provide. If you need to find a good editor though, your Virtual Assistant will gladly hunt down the best!

DO YOU SIGN A NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT?

Our lawyers developed strong Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreements that all team members sign. Protecting your intellectual property is important to us. Additionally, you may request that we sign your own NDA.

Data security is our main concern as we are dealing over the internet. We use a secure NAS server to store your confidential data. All of our employees sign an NDA at the moment of joining.

HOW DO I PAY? DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also accept payment by bank transfer.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT IS OUT SICK OR ON VACATION?

Remember: Holidays, illness, weddings, vacations or personal “stuff” don’t matter with a Virtual Assistant team, because there are always several experienced team members around to assist you. We always have a trained backup available for you, at no cost to you, so that you don’t experience any type of service interruption.

HOW DO I COMMUNICATE WITH MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?

We customize everything for our clients – so it’s entirely up to you, how you want to communicate. You can communicate with your virtual assistant team via phone, e-mail, text message - it’s all up to you.

HOW DO YOU MATCH ME WITH MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?

We recognize the critical need for an ideal match between Virtual Assistant and client and the matching process is based on the following factors:


1) Desired time zone

2) Client's operating system (PC, Mac)

3) Required skill set

4) Last but certainly not least -- Personality and work behavior assessment tools

HOW DOES MY REMOTE STAFF MEMBER TRACK TIME?

Our team tracks their time with an online stopwatch that is part of our online dashboard. You can log into the dashboard and see how many hours have been used so that you can adjust your plan accordingly.
